Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.

Prior to shipment, we examine the items ordered thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and our storage. The actual levels of stock can change at any time. It's possible that your order could be unable to fill after you place the order.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it in. It should also be in the original package.
